How To Get Relief From Knee Pain After Dislocation?

i am a 15 year old and last night i disslocated my knee then it popped back into place so i didnt go to see any one or do much about it but rest it. but now it really hurts and i can hardly walk on it as it is to painful to. what shall i do as i dont want to to hurt it any more
