How To Get Relief From Nasal Congestion And Sinusitis?

Hi there. I am a 44 year old woman! I have nail congestion, sinus pain, red sore throats with a scratchy voice. I have a hearty cough. This started with a headache last week and dry throat. Also have fatigue and stiff neck. Today my body started aching and tonite I have chills. Should I go to doctor and get antibotics. Not feeling good for over a week.
