How To Get Relief From Neck Pain After Bilateral Cortisone Shot?

Hi I am 37 and had a bilateral cortisone shot in the neck this past Monday. Ever since, I have had a bad pain in neck and shoulder on the right side and have had extreme exhaustion with terrible anxiety, panic attacks. I also had extreme facial flushing the day after the surgery. What is going on. I am scared to have another one
