How To Get Relief From Swelling And Pain Of Knee?

Hello Doctor, Myself spandana,age 26 recently married. But i'm suffering from a Knee pain and got a swelling ( right leg Knee). I have consulted an orthopedic in bangalore(i'm residing here). So he gave me a pain killer as well as a gel type ointment. Its been 2 weeks but still i didnt get relieved of the pain.I request you to help me regarding this.Thank u Spandana YYYY@YYYY
