Hi , as per your clinical history it appears as you are having seasonal allergy.
Where exactly you feel block whether in nose, throat, larynx or chest ?
You need to allergy medication every season till it subsides. I would prescribe you , Steam Inhalation & Antihistaminic levocetirizine + Leukotriene antagonists Montelukast combination .
