How To Get Relief From The Coughing Fits?

i have had a very bad cough these last 2 months, comes only in fits with tiny tiny amounts of phlegm which cause the coughing fits. I am taking Seroflo and Bricarex but so far no relief. I am 49 and in good health otherwise. Height is 5ft 8inches and weight is 79Kgs

HI.
When the cough is continuous for two months, it needs investigations:
Blood, urine tests, Mantoux and Quantiferon gold test for tuberculosis, X-ray of the chest, Clinical examination by an ENT Surgeon and Pulmonologist if required and Pulmonary function tests.
Seroflo and Bricarex alone will not help.
You may need to take oral antibiotic and mucolytic agents and Steam Inhalations.
Further treatment will depend upon the reports of the investigations
