How To Get Relief From The Headache With Pressure In My Head?

I have a headache for 2 weeks now this one is totally different from the ones in the past. I feel a great deal of pressure in my head from front to back . have a few sharp pains on left side of temple . I have other medical problems as well . I m a diabetic, high blood pressure, heart condition,permament bells palsey. also having some dizzyness . I feel tightness in my head , like something is squessing my head. Taking 1000mg of acetaminophen 3 x a day, getting only temporally relief . hope you can help if not thanks for your time. tina
