How To Get Relief From Vomiting Sensation And High Temperature During Pregnancy?

Hi, I am in my Third Trimester, 29th week. Of late, i have started feeling pukish and tired all the time. Could be because of the summer heat with temperatures touching 45 degrees. I just cannot stand heat and have to wet my feet every hour to try n sleep. Any help?

HDear madam,I understand your concern.in my opinion the weakness and tiredness may be due to dehydration.so good amount of fluids not less than 3 litres.take water , coconut water,fruit juices.you may need a specific vitamin capsule in addition to prenatals.take good nutritious diet .egg and non veg are must.nothing to worry good diet with vitamin supplementation and enough fluid intake will do the job.
