How To Get Rid Of A Foul Smelling Vaginal Discharge?

Hi, I've had a smelly vaginal discharge daily for about 5 years. It's very excessive and I've tried every medicine on the market and nothing seems to help. I've had a polyp removed last year but that did not help the discharge. Is there any surgery out there that can help?
