I am a 70 year old male and I have a white spot on my bottom lip that won't rub off. What could it be and how do you get rid of it?

It may be due to vitiligo. The another possibility is DLE. But i need to visualize it before commenting on provisional diagnosis. I will advise you to visit your dermatologist in person for proper examination and evaluation.
