hi I am Medi, 37 yrs old, currently in my 35th week of pregnancy. I would like to ask, how to get rid the amorphous urates (+++) found in my urine yesterday. Hi,

Amorphous urates in urine are commonly seen in pregnant women and usually do not indicate any serious underlying condition. However, it is important to maintain a healthy lifestyle and follow some basic measures to reduce the risk of developing further urinary tract infections or other complications during pregnancy.

Here are some tips that may help to reduce amorphous urates in urine:
- Drink plenty of water: Staying well-hydrated is important during pregnancy, and drinking plenty of water can help to flush out the kidneys and reduce the concentration of minerals in the urine.
- Eat a balanced diet: Eating a healthy, balanced diet that includes fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins can help to maintain a healthy urinary tract and reduce the risk of urinary tract infections.
- Avoid certain foods: Certain foods, such as spicy or acidic foods, can irritate the bladder and increase the risk of developing urinary tract infections. It may be helpful to avoid such foods during pregnancy.
- Practice good hygiene: Maintaining good hygiene, especially in the genital area, can help to reduce the risk of developing urinary tract infections.
- Follow your doctor's advice: If you have been prescribed any medications or supplements by your doctor, make sure to take them as directed and follow any other advice provided by your healthcare provider.
- If the amorphous urates persist or worsen despite these measures, it is important to consult with your doctor for further evaluation and treatment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
