How To Get Rid Of Back Pain And Stomach Tightening During Pregnancy?

hi im 38 weeks pregnant and feel very stressed all the time. i have lowr back pain and stomach keeps tightening. she keeps [pushing down which causes alot of discomfort. were looking at moving soon yet feel sgtressed and ache soo much i just want her out!!!

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion backache along with tightening of stomach along with downward pressure feeling needs a physical examination to rule out the labour pains.If you are in labour it might need augmentation if the pelvis is adequate and normal delivery is possible.As you are term physical examination is needed to check for any cervical dilation.Check for the fetal movements.
