How To Get Rid Of Bad Headache?

I have a really bad headache and have been vomiting everything I take in, even liquids such as ginger ale, tea, and water. I also feel extremely hot, i am trembling, and my chest hurts on the right side through to my back. Lastly, I get extremely dizzy when I stand and even begin to dry heave because I have nothing left to throw up. What is happening? I feel awful.

Hello dear,
I can understand your concern.Apparently, you are having an acute episode of severe headache with nausea, vomiting, dizziness and along with chest pain.Migraine may present like this(except chest pain, which is not a feature of migraine).
Also, acute onset headache with severe vomiting is to be managed as a medical emergency because sometimes acute intracranial lesions may manifest as such. You should undergo meticulous examination by a physician and probably he may feel the need of a brain imaging study(like computerised tomographic or CT scan) and a funduscopic examination. He will also look for the cause of chest pain, whether it is associated with headache somehow or it is primary pathology, somehow leading to headache.I hope it helps.
