How To Get Rid Of Bad Throat Infection?

Hi,
I'm suffering from a bad throat(left side), which is not like a sore throat but a pin prick pain while swallowing or start talking. It started almost 10days back, after a few days pain started in my tongue(left side) as if I bit my tongue. There is no signs of infection or white spots in my mouth. Please help me.

Hi, I feel probably you have stylagia, which is pain due to elongated styloid process.
Styloid process is a extra piece of blnd present in the throat close to the tonsillar area. This can cause unilateral
Pain in throat radiating to ear, neck , tongue.
This can be confirmed by x ray of the neck .
Treatment would be excision of the styloid process.
