Would u like to tell me about your age? And since how long u noticed it?
Because some spots (melanin pigmentation) are genetically..while some appears later in life..I would also like to know that what type of skin you have?
Some creams which may helpful for you is u can apply isotrex or retinal creams...it has no serious adverse reactions.
I find this answer helpful
