How To Get Rid Of Bleach Fumes Mediated Headache?

I spent two days cleaning blinds and preping woodwork for painting using a concentrated spray bleach cleaner. I had an irritating cough and felt tired and a little unsteady at the end of the second day. I think it was bleach fumes. Four days later I still have a head ache that comes when I lower my head . . All of this is unusual for me.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, it is due to the allergy to the fumes of the spray. It may lead to the cold, cough, and sinusitis, if untreated.
I advise you to consult an E.N.T surgeon for diagnosis and treatment .
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms cifixime, phenylephrine ,citrizine, and paracetamol.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
