How To Get Rid Of Body Joint Pain?

I m suffering from body joint pain which developed due to fever before 5 days. My platetlet count on 20/9/10 was 2.15 which has come down to 1.62 today(23/9/10). Hb,TLC & DLC have come down. Is there still a need for dengue NS1 and serology test. What should i do now. I am 61 yrs retd govt servant residing at delhi.
