General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Your history is suggestive of Folliculitis which is more common in the hairy part of the body. It has turned into a fully blown infection as pus has already formed.
Try to remove the pus with a clean, sterile needle. Wash the area with a good anti septic soap.
You need not to worry much as the infection will subside in few days.

But I suggest you to be careful as the infection may spread to other hair follicle which will be very bad.

Feel free to contact me for further queries.

Regards.
