How To Get Rid Of Bump On The Inside Of The Right Buttcheek?

Hello there, Things are like this, About 3 days ago i noticed an internal bump on my right buttcheek(excuse me if this word isnt so appropriate, English is not my native language) - and i didnt pay much attention to it. With time, it started growing bigger i could tell, and today i started feeling pain when i tried to get up or even to sit, and when i saw it, it had grown bigger, it was red, and warm to the touch. Now for some more info, im shooting up steroids, DECA-DURABOLIN in patricular, right on the buttcheeks, different one each saturday. And of course, because this steroid is of an estera nature, as far as i know, it stays there for some time untill the body drains it all. So after the shots, its natural to have a small(as always) non hurting small bump Or it could (given the syptoms) ah infection (after the shot). But the thing is, that the bump i currently have i on my right buttcheek whichni shooted 3 WEEKS AGO!!! So how could this be an infection? and if it is, would you suggest me to wait to see if it heals by itself? Thank you for the suggestions and for your time in advance, what you do in this page is angel-like. I trust you are an open minded person and treat the matter how it should. Thank you sir.

Hi,
From history it seems that you might behaving forming abscess over the injection site.
Due to oily nature of steroid injection there might be having irritation producing lump is common.
But as there is throbbing pain, warm and size increases, it is likely that there might be forming abscess.
Go for one antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicine course for 5 days.
Ok and take care.
