How To Get Rid Of Bumps On Lips After A Childhood Injury?

When I was 3 years old I fell on a glass table and busted my lip and knocked my two front teeth out. I got stitches on the inside of my lip, and now I am 15 years old and I have these two bumps. Is there a way that I could get rid of them or anything I can do.

Hi.
As per your case history you are having hypertrophic scar on lip.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't squeeze the lesion as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a hexilak gel twice daily on it.
3. Take a vitamin E supplement once daily for 3 months.
4. Other treatment options are intralesional steroid, intralesional fluorouracil given only by a dermatologist.

Thanks.
