Hi there. Thanks for writing in & it would be really helpful if you could attach photos of these lumps to help us give you a better diagnosis & treatment therof. Please feel free to use our secure 'premium' portal to ensure total privacy & get in touch with me or any other specialist of your choice on HCM directly. It does appear your problem is either 'warts' or 'herpes simplex' going by your clinical description. I assume you have been sexually active & not used protection leading to this predicament & yes it does appear to be an STD. Both conditions mentioned are eminently treatable & curable if I may say so-more the former but both are pesky conditions famed for recurrences. However, to advise you further, as I mentioned, we will need further specific info as requested. Good Luck & feel free to contact me to take this further. Please do practice safe sex in the interim & in the future. Best Regds. Dr Praveen Rodrigues MD
