How To Get Rid Of Curved Legs?

Hi my son of 2.5 year has a little curved legs it appears more on left leg and he puts all the force on this leg . i did show him to the pediatrician and they told him to put special padding shoe. but still he cannot run like other baby s .. i am worried about his legs ..
