How To Get Rid Of Dandruff And Hair Fall?

Hi Doctor, I live in US. I have lot of hair fall. It is falling from tip and I can see my hair on shoulders for every 10 minutes. And I have dandruff also. I have been using Novale and Nioxin shampoo, but no use. Can you suggest me some methods. Thank you.

You have not mentioned your age and gender this was needed here, if you are male person then this could be Male-pattern-Baldness, better to stop strong shampoo, it would be much better if you would have given your age and gender, take care.
