How To Get Rid Of Dark And Hard Testicle?
Hello. My current issue is this: for the past months, I ve noticed my testicles have become darkish and rigid, not as smooth as they used to be, I believe it s because of poor hygiene. I have occasional itchiness, but not so frequent. I ve had no problems with bodily functions, my question is, should I still see my doctor?

No need to worry about the issue. It is due to a fungal infection and is called Jock Itch.
You need to keep the hygiene of the genitals. Shave it timely. Wash regularly. Wear loose fitting clothes to get the nedded air and avoid humidity. Cotton only underwears are recommended.
Apply Hydrozole ointment on the affected areas especially scrotum and thighs adjacent to genitals. If you feel itch, take Cetrizine by mouth.
