Hi Dear ,

As per your query you have dark itchy spot on your thigh, which has not gone with anti fungal cream . Well there can be many reason for symptoms you mention in query like sun exposure , freckel . hormonal imbalance , due to medication , due to friction , allergic reaction or acanthosis Nigricans . I would suggest you to clean the spot with cloth soaked in warm water and apply some moisturizer and take antihistamine like bendryl . Consult dermatologist for proper examination . Doctor will examine physically or order certain skin test to confirm the diagnosis . Doctor may prescribe corticosteroid ointment , retinoids , kojivit cream , anti bacterial or anti viral cream . For now do not touch or rub .

Hope your concern has been resolved.
