How To Get Rid Of Dark Holes In The Pubic Area Which Look Like Ingrown Hairs That Have Scabs?

Hi, I am a female and I have dark holes on my pubic area. I believe they may be deep ingrown hairs that have scabs. I have not shaved in 4 years..and not sure why I cannot get rid of them. I also have very sensitive skin, and is prone to get ingrown hairs and irritation easily. I have not been sexually active in over 2 years. So I'm sure its not an STD. Please help me understand whats going on and how I can get rid of them. Thank you.
