The bottom of my lips are black, I ve been dealing with this issue since July, it is now January. When it first happened my bottom lip was blacked out, and then over time with like lemon juice it had gotten light , but now I have black spots on the bottom of my lip, and it is still not to its orginial pink color. I do not smoke,and I have a dark skin tone
