How To Get Rid Of Depression And Loneliness?

i think i may be depressed, I have no appetite, I'm extremely lonely as I have no friends, i either barely sleep or sleep much too long, i feel like im about to cry most of the time. i have started missing college and am doing terribly in it. im really lonely and i just dont know what to do anymore, as i have tried extremely hard to make friends but they all seem to find someone else better.

In my opinion, based on symptoms you report, you may be suffering from Depression. It is a clinical condition that can be cured. You should see a psychiatrist. He/She will evaluate your history; Check if you have any other medical condition that can cause depression; may order a few tests. He/She will suggest medicines or psychotherapy or combination of the two depending on the evaluation.
