How To Get Rid Of Discomfort In Neck?

Somehow mosquito entered my mouth.Not sure, probably it could have entered my mouth. This happened while I was sleeping.I feel some discomfort in neck region. I tried vommiting also. But it did not work. After having one banana, I was feeling slighly okay.

Are there any other solutions? Please help.
