I have dry itchy patches in my armpits and around my waist....they are really serious because they are spreading all over my waist and my armpits.they are white and very dry.what wound it be called and the appropriate treatment for this kind of skin disease?

with your symptoms it appears they are psoriasis. appears to be autoimmune disorder. can apply betnovate c ointment. take tab dexamethasone tablet for ten days with tapering.
