How To Get Rid Of Dry And Itchy Rash Behind The Knee?
Hello! One morning, I just woke up to this big rash behind my knee. It s dry & kinda scaly near the center, & it also itches. On the outer edge of the rash are small red bumps. It appeared on one of my knees, but now the red bumps are starting to pop up on my other knee & the amount has increases, & it s right near my knee crease. I m suspecting that it s either intertrigo or atopic eczema, but I m not quite sure. I ve applied Lubriderm lotion & the itchiness has fade, but I m afraid that the rash will spread even further for the new rash. Please tell me how to get rid of this asap! Thank you.

It is possible that this may be a fungal infection. This tends to cause a scaly rash with an outer ring.
It would be treated with a topical antifungal cream. It can sometimes take 2 to 3 weeks for a fungal infection to respond to a topical agent.
Eg of topical antifungal creams are ketoconazole, miconazole, econazole
