How To Get Rid Of Dryness And Peeling Of Facial Skin?

My question is this. I took a Plan B pill about 5 months ago so that I wouldnt get pregnant. Now my skin is bery very dry and my facial skin seems to be peeling off and it has been doing this for some time now. Ive taken vitamins, used oils.. Do you know of anything I can to to get my skin back to normal?
