How To Get Rid Of Ear Clogging Due To High Pitch Ringing?

Both ears are completely clogged with high pitch ringing. It has beens 6 weeks now and began with a cold. I've seen GP twice, given oral steroids and steroid nasal spray. 2nd office visit was given antibiotics and told to continue with nasal spray. Nothing has helped. For the past couple of nights, while lying down ears are better but as soon as I lift my head, ears clog again. I am a 47 year old male with no other health problems, I take no other medication. I am about 30 pounds over weight. Please help. I do not have insurance and don't really won't to go back to GP..

Hello,
You should continue with the nasal steroid sprays . In addition take xylometazoline nose drops .which are decongestant nasal drops. These nasal drops would help to open up the blockage.
In addition you should go for a walk daily which would lead to secretion of adrenaline which is natural decongestant and would lead to opening up of the blockage.
