I have gone through your query and can understand..
As per your complain it seems that you have infection in the ear also known as Otitis media leading to swelling and congestion in the ear.. The first thing that I would like to tell you is avoid putting anything inside the ear.. You should consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and an Otoscopic examination can be diagnostic.. In case of infection you will be advised to take antibiotics oral as well as ear drops, anti-inflammatory painkillers, and decongestants oral as well as nasal drops.. If there is fluid accumulation drainage can be established.. You should also avoid excessive water exposure in the ear like swimming and also avoid popping the ear to prevent damage to ear drum..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards. Dr.Honey Nandwani Arora.
