How To Get Rid Of Eating Gutkah?
Hi doc I am 23 yrs old and want to quit my Gutkah habit. But whenever i try i am unable to quit it. please suggest me something, any patches, or tablets or whatever it is but with no side effects and should be effective treatment..

Hi well come to HCm.
Any thing from out side to help you for giving up gutkahs or smoking are only merely
marketing they are not genuine. You can give up gutkah only with your will power
and making strong mind. Give it up at atime, do not try to reduce it gradually. You
will suffer only foe initial 10 to 15 days after that you will not have urge for it.
