How To Get Rid Of Edema In Legs,feet And Ankles?

I have small pupils, feeling of dizzyness, major edema especially in legs, feet and ankles, bp fluctuating. On Diovan, Bystolic, Lasix, vitamin D. Breath control is getting harder (I sing for a living). Had Echo and awaiting results.... very nervous. 46 year old female. 210, 5'8". Mother died 1991 stroke.
