How To Get Rid Of Facial Pimples?

hie sir ! sir i hv pimples on my forehead nd on my cheeks!sir i use clindec a gel twice a day i am using this from 18-20 days sir my some of pimples are gone but others are not going there size iz small!!sir plz suggest me some precautions nd ointment to be used for my problem..!!Thank you so much !

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per your case history of acne, my treatment advice is:

1. Don't squeeze the lesions as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a clindamycin gel like Glocin twice daily on it.
3. Avoid sun exposure and use a good sunscreen lotion with SPF more than 30.
4. Other treatment options are oral doxycyline, minocycline and isotretinoin to be taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
