How To Get Rid Of Facial Scars?

hello. i used melas cream for acne scar. i am getting married in a month so wanted to get rid of all the scars but after using it for jst 2 nights, i have redness (red raches) and dryness all over the face and have burning sensation if i use any other cream or facewash. i have stopped using melas. is it its side effect or just skin exfoliation ? should i continue to use it ? please help me !

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern..

As per your complain the symptoms of redness, burning sensation and itchiness after using Melas ointment is not just skin exfoliation but it seems to be a side effect of using the ointment and you should immediately stop using the ointment and in case if still there is itching r burning you can take anti allergics like Allegra or Levocetrizine..
You can do cool compresses over the face and do cold water splashes..
Once the symptoms resolve you can start washing your face with Salicylic acid and glycolic acid containing facewash..
You can start applying creams containing Kojic acid, glycolic acid and arbutin..
Apply Vitamin E gel at night..
Exfoliate your skin weekly with a gentle face scrub..
You can also go for photofacial, galvanic facial or microdermabrasion.
