How To Get Rid Of Fat On Chest?
hello doctor, im a 26 year old from bangalore...ive had a lot of fat on my chest since i was i dnt know may be 11 or 12...i just ignored it or like forgot abt it...i thought may be it will dissappear when i grow older...but its still the same...the fat has not increased or decreased...it doesnt seem to be changing with any exercise...i wana do smething abt it ...could you kindly guide me....
