Hi,
First you have to rule out the cause of recurrent itch then it can be treated accordingly.As recurrent itch at genital and anal areas can be because of infection or contact dermatitis(allergy).Infection causing itching can be worm infestation,fungal infection and bacterial infection.
I would suggest that get checked by dermatologist first so it can be ruled out the cause of itching and can be treated accordingly.
