I noticed three very small pimple like bump in my inside upper lip. It seems t have a liquid in it the one moves around a little bit.researching on li e freaking out that it's hpv. There are three of them middle left side and right side of upper lip I side

As per your complain the symptoms seems to be consistent with Herpes infection which is a Viral Infection and has a typical appearance of fluid filled blisters..
You should consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and in case if Herpes is suspected he can advise you to get investigations like Viral Culture, antigen-antibody reaction done to confirm the cause and after confirmation antiviral medication like Oral Acyclovir and topical Acyclovir or Valacyclovir containing ointments can help..
As it is a contagious infection avoid intimate contact with others..
