How To Get Rid Of Frustration And Irritation?

I am a medical student studying in kota..I am going through a very bad phase. I am mentally disturbed frustrated and irritated with everything. I cannot study and concentrate. I am degrading every passing day.the worst part is that no one is there to help me out..I am seriously in need of some counselling and help

well being a medical student, you are likely to know what you are suffering from....it is probably some kind of mood swings or mild to moderate depression....
this condition is not of a major concern first of all....its just a matter of time you will get back to your normal life....
drug treatment can be prescribed but i would rather ask you to consult a PSYCHOLOGIST or a COUNSELOR first...that will definitely give positive results....
and lastly, you will start treating patients in near future...so being positive and being well is the immediate thing you should be looking forward to....
