How To Get Rid Of Gutka Addiction?

Hello, one of my colleague aged 25 years male is accustomed to eat Gutka from the last 10 years on continuously. Being a human i advised to him to avoid gutka. But he is saying, without gutka, i cannot live. Can you please advise for his health purpose.

Best drug in gutka addiction is motivation. If he has motivation to leave gutka, only then you can get good result. For time been, you can advise him for nicotine replacement therapy(NRT) like nicotine chewing gums, gel, spray or patch. You can consult a psychiatrist for it. NRT would help him to decrease the dose and rest depends upon his motivation.
