I am to diagnose Charlotte Perkins Gilman for one of her short stories The Yellow Wallpaper her symptoms are, fatigue comes slowly, hallucinations, small voices, delusions, crying randomly, social withdrawal, and believes her husband and his sister are after her. . . can you help???

The symptoms which you have mentioned are suggestive of a psychotic spectrum disorder. The appropriate treatment for this would antipsychotic drugs like risperidone.
