Hello dear, Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com. Considering your night shift work and known history of depression, you have got enough precipitants to cause heartburn and headache. You have been on running on enough antidepressants and I don't feel like any need to modify them. Please start doing some mental relaxation exercises/yoga as a part of your daily routine. It will surely bring improvement in headache. For heartburn, antihistaminics and proton pump inhibitors can provide immediate relief. But,there is a genuine need to stop doing night shift work.If still you can't,make a habit of eating a small chunk at short intervals of 2-3 hours during the night so that empty stomach is not triggered to secrete gastric acid.I hope it helps.
