How To Get Rid Of Itching Around Anus, Groin Area, Scrotum, Foreskin?
I have had itching around my anus and groin area for about a week, it seem to be spreading to the underside of my scrotum and now my foreskin. I have been applying cream the the doctor prescribed (anusol) with no joy. This is really annoying me now.

From history it seems that you might be having fungal infection on the part.
Apply anti-fungal cream locally.
There is another possibility of having worm infestation.
Keep local part clean, dry and airy.
