How To Get Rid Of Itchy And Scratchy Beard?

Hello I have itchy and scratchy beard that lead to inflammation and scariness of my jaw. I have tried different alternatives for the past 4 years now but non seems to work. I have sticked to electric clipper for a year now and nothings seems to change. 3 days after shaving, it would start itching and inflammation will start then I would have to shave again but that does not really stop the inflammation and scarring. What can I do to have a clean jaw.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, "Barber's psychosis" is very likely and for that you have to shave it on daily basis because this is happening due to ingrowing hair, exact cause of this is not fully known, along with that fungal infection need to be ruled out but on practical basis this can be given try with "Miconazole and Beclomethasone" cream this would at least give symptomatic relief, take care.
I find this answer helpful
