How To Get Rid Of Lump On Bikini Line ?

I looked through all relevant questions and couldn t find one like me, so sorry if you ve already answered this question. I have had a purple dot on my bikini line for quite some time now, so recently I tried to get out an ingrown hair which apparently doesn t exist! It s developed into a big boil-type thing and it doesn t hurt, but I noticed that it bled easily and that the skin isn t as tough as the rest of me. Seriously, I cut it with blunt tweezers. And right now, it s gone back down again! But it has a small white- head on it. Please help me, thanks in advance.
