How To Get Rid Of Lump Under The Skin Of Inner Thigh?

Hi, I have a golf ball sized lump under the skin on my upper inner thigh. I get them a lot, this is the biggest one though. They hurt when touched but dont usually bleed or anything they usually just fade in a week or more and leave scars. Do you know what thid is or how I can treat it?

Well come to HCM
If this is what happening with the lesions like they it self fade out or say heals then this could be hypersensitivity reaction, if this condition remains as it is or use to happen always then this need to be clinically examined for proper diagnosis, else this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care.
