How To Get Rid Of Lumpy And Thick Spot On Toes?

Problem with both big toes. One is lumpy, thick, and has a dark red spot under it which moves as the nail grows out. The other is starting to separate from the nail bed. Aside from this I ve had athletes foot for years which I ve been trying to get rid of but gave up. What are some natural remedies to stop all of this!

Hello
Thanks for the query.
I can understand your concern.
Probably you have developed fungal infection of nails.
It can be treatated with antifungals.
However the treatment needs to be continued for at least 6 months.
Please meet a dermatologist and get yourself treated.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you
